We didn’t set out to build another job board. We set out to help people who were doing everything they could to find work, yet still weren’t being seen.
It started with our own members.
In 2024, something was becoming impossible to ignore. Across the UK Sales Association, more and more members were facing redundancy. People in sales, marketing, customer service, account management, business development and other commercial roles were finding themselves out of work.
The market was changing. Businesses were restructuring. AI was beginning to reshape roles. And talented, experienced professionals were entering a recruitment process that too often left them waiting for an answer.
Behind every application was a person. Someone with experience, ambition, responsibilities and, quite often, a family depending on them.
We created the UKSA Talent Hub.
A practical way to help people in our professional community become visible to employers and recruiters.
The problem wasn’t a lack of ability.
Capable professionals were finding it harder to get noticed, regardless of their background or experience.
We built another route back to work.
The Talent Hub gave our members another way to put themselves in front of people who were hiring.
The problem was much bigger than sales.
It crossed professions, sectors and borders. It was clear this needed to be available to far more people.
That became Migrato.
A platform built around one straightforward idea: people shouldn't have to rely entirely on finding and applying for the right vacancy at exactly the right time.
With Migrato, professionals can create a free profile that shows employers and recruiters what they bring to the table. Recruiters can discover relevant people, review profiles and, when appropriate, unlock contact details to get in touch.
Your details remain protected within the platform until a recruiter follows the process to access them. You can continue looking and applying for jobs as normal. Migrato gives you another way to be discovered alongside that search.
It has always been about people.
People helped back into work through the initiative to date.
That is the figure we are proudest of. Because behind every number is someone getting back to earning, rebuilding confidence, moving forward and making plans again.
As Migrato grows, our ambition is to take that same thinking beyond the community where it first began.

Migrato is part of the UK Sales Association ecosystem. It exists to create more ways for professionals and employers to find each other, and to give more people a chance to be seen for what they can do.
